ISH – International Trade Fair for Building and Energy Technology, The Bathroom Experience, Air Conditioning and Ventilation Technology – in Frankfurt am Main from 15 to 19 March 2005, ended with an increase of seven percent in the number of visitors compared to the previous event.

More than 1,000 innovations, nearly 2,300 exhibitors on 21 hall levels and an exhibition area of approximately 254,000 square metres await some 180,000 visitors at the ISH, the International Trade Fair for Building and Energy Technology, The Bathroom Experience, Air-conditioning and Ventilation Technology (15 to 19 March 2005 in Frankfurt).

All member countries of the European Union must incorporate the Directive on Overall Energy Efficiency in Buildings into national law by the start of 2006. This incorporation process will be supported by the international conference ENERCET that will be taking place concurrently with ISH.

Following the introduction of the new Energy Saving Law (Energieeinsparverordnung – EnEV), the low-energy house has become the standard in Germany.

The third edition of ISH North America held at the new Boston Convention and Exposition Center, October 14 – 16, 2004 exceeded expectations. Showcasing industry leading products and services in Kitchen & Bath, Plumbing, PVF, Heating and Air Conditioning, 537 exhibiting companies represented a total of 16 countries.

The air-conditioning and ventilation sector is expected to make a powerful showing at the ISH – International Trade Fair for Building and Energy Technology, The Bathroom Experience, Air Conditioning and Ventilation Technology – from 15 to 19 March 2005.

Nowadays, a state-of-the-art heating installation comprises an integral energy system which is tailored to the wishes and requirements of the customer. The days of just using oil or gas as fuel are long past; concepts for renewable energy are continuing to march forward into the future.

From 14 – 17 September the ISH China 2004 will feature over 220 exhibitors from 17 countries, including many market-leaders. An event fringe programme will include symposiums on heating technology and sanitary plumbing, plus seminars and product presentations.
